What are the Pond Cove school office hours during the summer?

The Pond Cove office will be closed for summer break starting July 3, 2026, and will reopen on August 17, 2026. During this time, email and voicemail will be checked periodically, but responses may be delayed.

What is the best way to reach someone while the Pond Cove office is closed?

Email is the best way to get in touch. For general questions, please contact us at pcoffice@capeelizabethschools.org. Please keep in mind that replies may take several days or even weeks.

Since teachers and support staff are on vacation over the summer break, we can only respond to questions that the office staff is able to answer.

How can I register my child for school while the Pond Cove office is closed?

Online registration through PowerSchool will remain available throughout the summer break, with the exception of a brief system update, which typically takes place between July 14-18. Please use the link provided to access the registration form.
